Membership dues are payable on the 1st of April of each year, and your membership is valid until 31 March of the following year. If you are dissatisfied with your membership for any reason, you can cancel your membership for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds for membership dues requested within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for membership that are requested more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Refunds for conference registration fees will be honored ONLY IF you cancel your conference registration at least 30 days before the start date of the conference you registered for.
