The university campus is in the suburb of Scottsville. For the budget conscious attendee, the recommended accommodation option is the Regal Inn Hotel. This hotel is within walking distance of the conference venue and it is situated across a small mall that has a variety of meal options - ranging from Nandos and Spur to Chinese restaurants. The mall has a bar, a number of shops, and an impressive Woolworths.
SHUTTLE
The university has no shuttle that can pick attendees from the airport. The conference organizers can arrange for a private shuttle company to meet our participants. The cost will range from R250 to R595 per single trip (depending on whether it will be a group pick-up or an individual pickup).
